Billing questions
What counts as monitored area?
The total area of all AOIs and parcels with monitoring switched on during the month, measured in km². Pausing an area stops it counting from the next billing period.
What if I go over?
Extra monitored area is billed at $40 per 1,000 km² per month. You get an email at 80% and 100% of your included area, and admins can set a hard cap.
Do you charge for imagery?
Sentinel-2 and Landsat are public and included. Commercial imagery is billed by the provider under your own licence; PolyMind does not mark it up or resell it.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period. Annual billing is available at the price of ten months. See the Refund Policy for details.
